There are several ways you can order items.

1. Use the secure Shopping Cart system on this website and pay with either Visa or Mastercard (sorry we are not taking American Express or Diners Club at this time). Transactions are processed manually through St George Bank's merchant banking facility. You will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction prior to the shipment being sent.
2. Using the Shopping Cart system you can indicate that you wish to pay by  Direct Deposit. Our deposit-only bank account details will be provided on the Invoice generated and sent to your e-mail address. Items ordered will not be sent until funds have cleared and are showing in the account, so this option is generally not as fast as paying by credit card.

Shipping Quotes and Delivery

If paying through the website's Checkout (shopping cart), shipping will be calculated using a real time Australia Post calculator. You can choose Regular Parcel Post (registered and insured) or Express Post. Please note that Express Post items do not have to be signed for and are not insured, so there is no recourse if items are lost/stolen, or misplaced by Australia Post.

Australia Post is not always the cheapest option, especially if you have a business address in a major metropolitan centre. So if you are not happy with the online shipping quote, please contact us and we will investigate other options. We will not be responsible for failed courier deliveries (or re-delivery fees) to a residential address.

Other Shipping Charges

• The Australia Post Regular Parcel option will be sent using Registered Post, hence there is an additional $2.90 registered post fee. There's also an insurance allowance built into the shipping quote (for orders > $100). Sometimes the Express Parcel option (available for most domestic deliveries) is cheaper because items are not insured.
• International orders sent using Australia Post Sea or Air mail will be insured with AustPost's Extra Cover and this charge ($8.75 for the first $100 of the order value, plus $2.30 for every additional $100) is built into the quote. Insuring with Extra Cover ensures the package can be traced.
• There is also a small packaging and handling fee built into the shipping quote, which varies from item to item - for example we take extra care wrapping handlebars, as there is no point paying for beautifully chromed Nitto items if they turn up scratched!!!
