Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may need to return items, so below is our returns policy.

We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases of clothing/apparel where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 15 days of it being shipped, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less a restocking fee of either $10 or 15% of the returned item value - at our discretion. Components that have been installed or fitted cannot be returned.

Defective items

You can always return items if they are defective. We only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.

Delivery charges

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/colour a further postage and package charge will be made.

Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, such as registered post.

NOTE: Please do not return parcels using FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc as we do not accept parcels from these carriers. VERY IMPORTANT!!! RETURNED ITEMS SHOULD ONLY BE SENT VIA YOUR NATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE! YOU CAN SEND IT WITH INSURANCE, USE A "SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY SERVICE", OR REGISTERED POST, HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT REFUND POSTAGE CHARGES IF YOU USE A PREMIUM CARRIER/SHIPPING METHOD.
